They say that love needs no words. And sometimes, we really need to see for ourselves before accepting a certain phrase. Good for us that a cafe in Delhi – Hearken Cafe – has taken up the job to turn this phrase into a reality.

Hearken Cafe is not only a great place to hang out and have a good time, but is also the place with a cause. Hearken is a deaf-run cafe/ co-working space located in Shahpur Jat, Delhi.
Now, we have not visited the cafe yet, however, trust me when I say this that Hearken Cafe is our numero uno priority when it comes to places to visit while in Delhi.
And it should be on yours too.
With a roof-top view and place to sit, the incredible staff, and the connectivity that one gets while inside the room and surrounded by their ambience; it would be almost a crime to miss this beautiful location of art.

Apart from the mouth-watering dishes and drinks, a graceful evening of poetry sessions, and the everlasting memory of love and welcome etched in your hearts, the major attraction has to be the cause that the co-founder of Hearken Cafe, Smriti Nagpal, stood up for.
It’s about awareness; it’s about acceptance; and it’s about love.
Now, if we’re talking about cafes and restaurants, let us not forget the other thing that everyone loves about the Hearken Cafe. The food, yes. And we would not want you to miss out the wonderful delicacies (in pictures, that is).
